Completing the Self

So, after we have done some work with our thoughts - now we surely see what we want to change!
In my case, I am not ok with my profession - so now, I have to find out - what I actually like. Otherwise, see my self - in 20 years or so doing what? sitting where? feeling what? etc .... etc....

In my case, I did all the steps while doing yoga, at the sea, relaxing and thinking only about my future and my current reality. For best results - of course doing this alone, somewhere in the mountains or at the sea - is the best! But if you are veeery concentrated and motivated, I am sure that sitting home alone will do ;)

1. Write down what have you wished for when you were a child: what were you planning to do, what you liked to do, or what did you fantasize about?
2. What feelings do you have regarding your current job, and what it is that makes you uncomfortable and you are even willing to change the profession? Or what do you like?
3. Write down your emotions tied to all of the aspects. What other things you do - that cause the same feelings? Are there any hobbies or professions that make you feel appreciated or just happy?
4. Think about yourself - what you will look like or do in about 20 years or so? What are your emotions? What is your profession? - Visualize your future! Your thoughts tend to come true!
5. If you decided to do something - write it down - and make a plan, of how you see it should be done. A step by step plan is an ideal tool for all of your wishes to come true :)

As an example :) I wanted more free time - flexible schedule - not very big income, but something I would like to do - interacting with people :) plus lots of reading and communicating.
I came up with wanting to be a couch or smth like that :) so now I am an MBA student at Tbilisi Gestalt Institute .

If your wishes are something material, then you can use lots of tools to make them more realistic and make them happen very very easily and fast!
One of the tools I am using is www.Trello.com - it is kind of wishlist or to do list, where I put all my purchases (big or small) with time-frames and prices :) It makes life really easier!

Try it and write me back - what is your result?
